What people say, in short
Broadway The Brewery in Jubilee Hills stands out for puff-based pizza rather than a conventional Neapolitan crust. Several people praise its pastry-like layers and light texture; chicken puff and chicken tikka versions are recurring recommendations. A separate diner specifically likes the thin-crust chicken tikka pizza. One commenter groups Broadway with other places whose crust disappointed them, so the overwhelmingly positive recommendation tally is not a promise that its base will suit every pizza preference.
