What people say, in short
99 Kitchen & Co in Vijay Nagar appears in cafe and evening-ambience recommendations. One commenter suggests it for breakfast and reports a weekend breakfast menu; another mentions a friend's matcha recommendation. That is not a verified matcha tasting. A coffee drinker's assessment is mixed, liking the place overall but finding the coffee inconsistent. The evidence supports a cafe option, not a strong claim about a particular dish.
